The project ML-PRE: Machine Learning for Explainable Roundtrip Polymer Reaction Engineering is part of the new DFG priority program 2331” Machine Learning in Chemical Engineering. Knowledge Meets Data: Interpretability, Extrapolation, Reliability, Trust”. In collaboration with project partners from the Institute of Informatics of the TU Clausthal we strive to link methods of machine learning and polymerization modeling aiming for the development of novel simulation tools allowing for, e.g., on demand production of polymers with tailored properties.
