Results on the use of symbolic regression in polymer chemistry online
Copolymerizations of bio-based itaconates and acrylates served as an example of the application of symbolic regression to radical polymerizations.
In collaboration with partners from the University of Hannover and the University of Heidelberg, as well as the Institute of Computer Science at Clausthal University of Technology, a relationship was identified using symbolic regression that enables the prediction of copolymerization rates.
